Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues
Serve as the primary break-fix resource, troubleshooting switches, devices, and peripherals
Support domain control, network fundamentals, and basic networking tasks
Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, Office applications)
Support core business systems
Identify outdated processes or unnecessary spend and recommend improvements
Implement modern, cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency
Collaborate with Managed Services Partners (NIE) to ensure strong governance and system stability
Provide clear communication and documentation for end users and leadership
Support both routine issues (e.g., “fix a keyboard”) and higher-level operational needs
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a Level 2 role
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
Experience with Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, domain services)
Ability to support multiple business systems and learn new platforms quickly
Solid Excel and communication skills
Familiarity with basic AI tools and modern productivity technologies
Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge and improve outdated processes
Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
