Responsibilities
Manage high-volume calendars for seven executives, balancing internal priorities with external client demands and shifting priorities
Primary owner of the Headquarters conference room booking system
Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and transportation
Handle logistics for conferences, including registration and executive networking schedules
Plan and executive leadership on and offsite events
Manage the expense reimbursement process for executive team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives, preferably within finance or other high paced professional services
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, teams, excel) HRIS and travel management platforms
Must demonstrate the ability to work with minimal instruction, anticipating executive needs before they are voiced and adapting instantly to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
