The Vendor Relations Analyst serves as a functional bridge between vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that month/quarter end processes are completed on time and implementing process improvements for efficiency.

Responsibilities
Monitor and review service levels to ensure that suppliers are performing within contractual agreements and success targets.Conduct vendor compliance audits
Responsible for calculating, deducting, reconciling, documenting, distributing, and providing support for all vendor programs based on agreements. This includes entitlement programs and vendor compliance related issues
Review and analyze vendor performance, processes, and procedures to identify needs and provide recommendations with a high emphasis on continuous improvement
Ensure terms and conditions adhere to company standards and are reflected in vendor agreements
Perform month end close process ensuring billings and accruals are performed within established critical deadlines
Initiate intercompany communication to monitor and resolve problems by vendor
Support vendor negotiations and handle program disputes
Prepare and distribute vendor profitability analysis and various analytical reports critical to vendor compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' Degree or commensurate experience required
5 to 7 years' related experience
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Excel). SQL a plus
Proven ability to make critical and analytical business decisions
Experience with Inventory/Supply Chain
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with vendors at all levels
Ability to identify risk and determine how to mitigate
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships with individuals of varying personalities
Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes
Self-motivated capable of independently managing time and meeting deadlines
Preferred
Accounts payable experience a plus
