Responsibilities
Perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process
Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customers within the established SLAs
Escalate discrepancies to the Sales, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge of the Validation process
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2-5 years of retail energy experience, experience dealing with sales staff and end use customers, preferably related to contract management
Intermediate to advanced navigation skills to use Microsoft Office products required. Primary daily use of Excel, Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime and heavy multi-tasking
Ability to recognize and make recommendation regarding new technology applications that result in some or all the following: reduce process costs, improve throughput, improve company profitability, and improve overall customer satisfaction
