Warner Bros. Games is a leader in the games industry, and they are seeking a CRM Analyst to strengthen their email and lifecycle marketing programs. The role involves crafting targeted campaigns and player journeys to retain, engage, and monetize fans of their games.

Responsibilities
Execute and Manage CRM Campaigns: Manage (end-to-end) on behalf of our game franchises - including the building and maintaining of marketing channel automations and template frameworks that support dynamic player journeys
Plan and Coordinate A/B Tests: Design and launch multi-variant campaigns experiments that optimize email content, timing, and segmentation
Aligned Execution: Work closely with colleagues in analytics, brand marketing, product marketing, and creative services to ensure alignment in execution on test measurement and audience messaging
Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for internal reviews on performance at all dimensions for specific marketing channel and game combinations, exposing the trends and opportunities based on data driven insights
Support CRM & Department leads with presentations, evaluations and implementation strategies that support the growth of the CRM program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 2 - 5 years of CRM or digital marketing experience
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, CleverTap, Adobe Experience, Cloud or similar lifecycle marketing platforms for email, in-app messaging, push notifications, etc
Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop
Basic HTML skills
AMPscript
Familiarity in gaming and entertainment industry
