Summer Intern - Pricing Analyst

Triumph Geared Solutions is a leading independent aerospace gear and gear box supplier. They are seeking a Summer 2026 Pricing Analyst Intern to support technical responsibilities in a manufacturing production environment, providing practical experience related to the student's major.

Responsibilities

Utilize historical data to project costs on exiting programs
Implement technical estimates to project costs on new programs
Upgrade or create excel / SQL tools to automate data acquisition
Write work instructions for pricing tools in use at TGS
Update standard cost tables for tooling and outside processing
Learn about the manufacturing process and apply that knowledge to identify bad data
Assist with preparation of KPI reporting, build automation wherever possible
Implement tools to pull and process government data
Learn about pricing strategy
Build a procedure to track test stand maintenance expenses

Required

Pursuing a bachelors degree in engineering, math, accounting, finance, data science or a related field
Ability to apply basic math, statistics, and logical skills within large and complex problems
Proficiency with excel
Ability to simplify complex problems for report ups to management
Highly organized project management skills to coordinate resources and manage multiple activities to meet established proposal deadlines
Able to adapt quickly to fluctuations in rules and requirements
All applicants must be US Citizens or US Permanent Residents (green card holders) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred

Experience with SQL is preferred but not required
Background knowledge on machining or general manufacturing processes is preferred but not required
