Responsibilities
Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in the fields of Data Science and Systems Engineering
Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies
Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manage, develop and motivate employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical discipline
7+ years of related-work experience
Experience leading projects
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Hazelwood, MO
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
