Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and coordinating the development, quality, and continuous improvement of the institution’s online course portfolio while directly supervising, evaluating, and developing a high-performing instructional design team
Provides clear direction, performance oversight, and professional development to ensure accountability and continuous improvement, while advancing innovative, learner-centered instructional design aligned with quality frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Four years of related experience to include experience as a supervisor or lead worker
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
Knowledge of Online Course Management systems (i.e, DesignPlus, Canva, Canvas or similar)
Knowledge of Faculty development programs, online course development, online education best practices, and online proctoring systems
Knowledge of Various webinar, online lecture and meeting systems
Knowledge of Video and audio hosting systems
Knowledge of Educational technology tools
Preferred
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Higher Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field
