New Grad, Entry LevelAmerican Fuji Seal is seeking a Quality Control Technician responsible for ensuring products meet customer specified standards. The role involves quality testing, product verification, machine calibrations, and data reporting, while promptly addressing any material that does not meet specifications.

Responsibilities
Understands customer requirements
Collects production samples from the production floor and performs required test
Notifies production staff immediately of any and all out-of-specification conditions pertaining to teste samples
Maintains required retains and files in correct order and location
Maintains hard copy and electronic files of test data and production data
Communicates quality issues with inter-departmental and intra-departmental staff and management, as necessary
Assists with maintaining quality of cosmetic, fit, form, and function of WIP and finished goods products
Provides general analysis support to all departments, as needed
Adheres to all plant rules, policies, and procedures
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience using multimeter rulers, calipers, scales and spectrometer
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Consistently demonstrates 'safety first' mindset, adheres to company safety and security policies and dedicated to employee safety and well-being
Ability to motivate, lead and mentor team members with self-confidence to drive organizational change
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance in a face paced environment
Possesses strong project management and organizational skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
