Responsibilities
Manage ticket intake and quality assurance in ServiceNow
Ensure seamless coordination across an average of 22 teams per submission
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding submitters through fulfillment workflows, including RITM
Adapt to varying request priorities and facilitate projects as needed
Schedule meetings to connect submitters with available resources and deliver training support as required
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:Meet intake and Quality Assurance SLA’s
Meet customer service target metrics
Meet overall ticket approval SLA’s
Work directly with the Team Lead – who will oversee training, day to day work assignment, and feedback on performance
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow Experience – Strong understanding of ticketing systems, intake workflows, and request fulfillment within ServiceNow
Stakeholder Coordination – Proven experience managing interactions across multiple teams (median of 22 per submission; approx. 30-40 tickets at any time), ensuring smooth handoffs
Meeting & Training Facilitation – Experience scheduling and leading meetings to connect submitters with subject matter experts or available resources
Preferred
Experience in ServiceNow Workflows or Configuration – Understanding of how workflows, RITMs, and task management function within the platform
Reporting & Data Analysis – Experience generating reports, tracking metrics, and utilizing tools like Power BI or Excel to analyze workflow efficiency
Experience in a Large-Scale IT Environment – Prior experience working in an enterprise setting with structured governance, intake, and approval processes
