Responsibilities
Oversee and perform emergency water extraction, demolition, and debris removal
Set up, operate, and monitor mitigation and drying equipment
Remediate areas damaged by water, fire, or mold
Provide guidance to crew members while working alongside them
Ensure EPA, OSHA, and local safety compliance, including proper PPE use
Document job progress, complete sketches, moisture mapping, and drying objectives
Inspect work as needed for quality, safety, and compliance
Maintain, repair, and track equipment and consumables
Keep company vehicle stocked, clean, and ready for use
Qualification
Required
Current IICRC certification
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in restoration or construction
Valid Driver's License
Desire to grow and ownership mentality
Understanding of basic job site safety
