Responsibilities
Develop, improve, enhance, and maintain all scheduling/dispatching logic in our brand new, fully automated Mohawk Valley fab
Specific experience in scheduling/dispatching and data analytics solutions within wafer FAB using commercial MES, AMHS, MCS and dispatching/scheduling solutions
Proven experience in supporting highly automated/paperless new FAB startups as well as 24/7 FAB support
Ability to work independently and in teams on multiple, simultaneous projects
Excellent knowledge in factory physics and operations research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent observational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management
Qualification
Required
BS degree from a four-year college/university in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
Knowledge in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Spotfire
Demonstrated experience in SQL writing database queries (Oracle and SQL Server)
Proficient with databases and data analysis tools (SQL, Oracle, Excel, VBA, JMP, etc.)
Self-motivated and ability to learn on one's own
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate specs provided by users to visualized reports in a clean and clear way
High motivation with continuous drive for improvement
