Marketing Manager
Villatoro Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing leadership team seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing across two strong brands. The role focuses on managing SEO performance and paid media campaigns, driving lead generation, and translating marketing data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, and page performance
Diagnose traffic drops and fix technical, content, and authority issues
Strengthen local SEO, internal linking, and on-page optimization
Turn organic visibility into high-intent leads
Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns
Improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and close rates
Cut wasted ad spend and scale what’s working
Focus on profitable lead generation, not vanity metrics
Build dashboards and tracking systems
Translate marketing data into clear business insights
Tie campaigns directly to signed clients and booked jobs
Work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO
Manage agencies and vendors with strong accountability
Clearly communicate performance to non-marketing leaders
Qualification
Required
5+ years in digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with SEO + Google Ads
Comfortable analyzing performance and fixing problems fast
Experience managing agencies or vendors
Someone who thinks in ROI, leads, and revenue
