Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project management for marketing technology initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery
Serve as the subject-matter PM for our marketing technology stack, with the ability to clearly describe:
What each platform does
How it is used by the business
How it integrates with other tools
Develop and maintain clear documentation for all MarTech platforms, workflows, and integrations
Translate business and marketing requirements into actionable technical tasks and project plans
Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to technology usage and implementation
Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional communication with minimal ramp-up time
Act as a trusted advisor on MarTech capabilities and best practices
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Project Management experience, with significant focus on Marketing Technology
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and explain technical systems and platforms
Strong hands-on experience with marketing tools such as: Marketo, ON24, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SEMrush, Asana
Comfortable writing clear technical and functional descriptions of tools and workflows
Experience managing projects that involve integrations, data flows, and system dependencies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
Preferred
Experience working closely with marketing automation, CMS, analytics, and campaign execution teams
Background in MarTech architecture, integrations, or platform implementations
Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, GA, Adobe Analytics)
