Responsibilities

Assist in the analysis of program performance, including data collection, data analysis, and reporting
Provide administrative and operational support to the business operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating events
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on data analysis
Support strategic planning initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Assist in the development of business plans and strategies
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Prepare and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and training materials
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support program and business operations initiatives. Foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders. Prepare and deliver presentations as needed
Shadow and support senior program leadership, gaining insights into high-level decision-making and strategic initiatives
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in program analysis and business operations

Required

Incumbent must be enrolled in Business Administration (or related) curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 1+ year of studies
Proficiency in MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, tact, and maturity
Collaboration- Strong collaboration skills that foster office unity and cohesiveness
Self-Motivation- Ability to self-start, set priorities, and work independently and within a team environment under deadlines
