The role involves designing and optimizing Generative AI solutions, integrating LLMs, and maintaining Agentic AI systems, while also ensuring the performance and reliability of these systems in production environments.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions using prompt engineering best practices
Integrate and manage LLMs across different applications and platforms
Build and maintain Agentic AI systems for task automation and intelligent workflows
Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) for efficient context handling and state management
Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven features
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI pipelines in production environments
Participate in production support calls and handle critical issues related to AI dependencies and integrations
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
Experience in connecting and integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
Solid understanding and practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks
Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar context management frameworks
Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying AI-driven applications
Experience in API integrations, orchestration, and workflow automation using LLMs
Good understanding of production-grade AI systems and monitoring
