Responsibilities

Execute system design validation test plans on client platforms including Laptops, Desktops, Chromebooks, and Workstations

Assist senior engineers in creating, modifying, and optimizing test plans to improve efficiency and support new initiatives

Identify, document, report, and help triage issues discovered during test execution

Plan, organize, and maintain platform inventory and lab infrastructure

Perform competitive analysis on targeted competitor platforms

Ensure accurate documentation and communication of test results

Qualification

Required

Solid understanding of AMD client platform partitioning and high-level system architecture

Familiarity with hardware platform validation methodologies and related software ecosystems

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or senior undergraduate status in an Engineering discipline preferred
