Responsibilities
Support and maintain existing Managed Services client environments
Assist with onboarding new clients into managed service offerings
Perform and interpret daily health checks for assigned customers
Develop technical content and configurations that improve service delivery
Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, and interconnected systems
Expand and maintain internal documentation and knowledge resources
Meet regularly with clients to advance technical and engineering objectives
Maintain relevant industry certifications
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Engineering Leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or 5 years of related experience plus industry certifications)
Strong proficiency with both Linux and Windows environments
Ability to troubleshoot systems using Linux CLI
Solid understanding of foundational security concepts and network principles
Ability to diagnose issues across interconnected systems
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Experience with tools such as: Splunk Enterprise / Enterprise Security / Splunk Cloud

Microsoft Sentinel
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
A proactive, customer‑focused mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
