Responsibilities
Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on delivering sprint goals
Promote Agile principles and best practices within the organization
Coach teams in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Agile processes
Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking of user stories and tasks
Collaborate with teams to ensure the effective use of Azure DevOps for project management
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliant processes and practices (e.g., FDA/CFR, GxP, EMA, MHRA, EU GVP, HIPAA, GDPR) as applicable for the business
Capable of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority to required results
Flexible, collaborative, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain teamwork and optimal project flow
Foster a culture of collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and transparency
Facilitate discussions and decision-making within the team
Identify opportunities for process improvement and guide teams in implementing changes
Monitor and report on Agile metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery
Responsible for delivery and success of assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or commensurate experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
5 - 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and project tracking
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, and GAMP 5 and experience in applying compliance principles is a plus
