Administrative Support Associate

Responsibilities
Assembles regular written, verbal, and virtual correspondence to residents and associates on behalf of administration and as directed by supervisors
Performs secretarial duties and administrative support tasks for key executives: drafts and types letters, memos, newsletters, and documents; transcribes dictated correspondence and meeting minutes
Administers multiple projects and provides project management as requested by supervisor
Performs public relations duties: answers phones and delivers messages, has significant contact with internal and external professionals and other key contacts
Maintains resident confidentiality

Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
1 – 3 years' experience and/or training in administrative support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Creative with proficiency in production of newsletters, circulars, and other forms of communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to balance projects and support to multiple departments
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Safety focus to ensure safe environment for residents and guests
Comfort in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to sit for up to 75% of the work day
Ability to stand and walk throughout the work day
Must be able to access and navigate full campus
Ability to maintain mental & visual attention to diversified operations
Ability to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions
Preferred
Experience in Senior Living preferred
