Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant
Confidential company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting office operations, managing financial records, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable accounting software
Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping with high accuracy
Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks
Provide support via phone, email, and in person with professional etiquette
Perform duties with a high degree of accuracy
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support accounting department objectives
Provide accurate and timely assignments to supervisor
Assist with personal assistant tasks including document preparation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in an accounting department or bookkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team attitude; willingness to support office functions
Attention to detail with proofreading and document management expertise
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Self-motivated; work with little to no supervision
