Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
Oversee secure and scalable technology services, including infrastructure, applications, networks, telecommunications, outdoor video screens, and end-user environments
Lead cybersecurity governance, policies, compliance, and incident response planning, including PCI DSS
Plan and deliver technology initiatives such as system implementations, integrations, cloud services, and upgrades
Recruit, mentor, and manage a customer-focused internal technology team
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; oversee procurement, vendor performance, and contracts
Partner with executive leadership and departments to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership or management roles
Proven success developing enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps, and resource plans
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex IT environments
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology initiatives
Preferred
Experience in a nonprofit, performing arts, or complex multi-stakeholder organization
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Experience with cloud services and enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, ticketing, and fundraising platforms
Familiarity with Tessitura (minimal or no customization preferred)
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and project management methodologies
Professional certifications such as PMP, ITSM, Security+, Network+, CCNA/CCNP, or similar
