Responsibilities
Read, understand, and follow established work instructions and procedures with a strong focus on quality
Execute daily production plans to meet due dates and quality standards
Train and work according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Follow engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and verbal/written instructions during manufacturing processes
Perform assembly tasks in compliance with FDA requirements, with supervision as needed
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate concerns appropriately
Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
Identify and recommend improvements related to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency
Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies
Train new team members on equipment operation and work procedures when required
Complete required paperwork, maintain accurate production records, and report work status
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
Effective decision-making and priority-setting skills
Ability to work well in a diverse, team-based environment
