Support & Implementation: Hands-on work across O2C, Manufacturing, and P2P modules
Strategic Analysis: Identifying root causes for complex issues and deriving automation opportunities
End-to-End Delivery: Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and leadership to ensure seamless process integration
Global Collaboration: Managing onsite-offshore communication and cross-track delivery
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Oracle EBS with deep expertise in SCM and Distribution
Ability to test and deploy custom solutions for SCM modules
Expert in incident, problem, and change management (RCA)
Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to articulate technical designs to business SMEs
Preferred
Experience managing teams of 5-10 members
Comfortable working within a global delivery model
