IT Training and Digital Adoption Specialist
Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an IT Training & Digital Adoption Specialist responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining technology training programs. The role focuses on training users on enterprise applications and productivity tools, creating training materials, and supporting technology rollouts across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver live (virtual and in-person) training sessions for enterprise applications, productivity tools, and other non-clinical systems
Create training materials, including videos, step-by-step guides, reference documents, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and LMS modules
Coordinate training schedules, registration, and attendance tracking
Assess learner needs and tailor content to multiple skill levels
Conduct onboarding technology training for new employees as assigned
Work and resolve all assigned ManageEngine Service Desk tickets in accordance with departmental standards, SLAs, and documentation requirements
Support rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization
Collaborate with IT teams to understand upcoming changes and translate them into training content
Provide post-training support, office hours, and follow-up sessions to reinforce learning
Monitor user adoption trends and identify areas requiring additional training or communication
Partner with the Service Desk to identify recurring user training gaps and produce targeted educational materials
Maintain up-to-date training documentation and materials in the LMS and internal knowledge bases
Produce high-quality video training content using IT-approved tools
Ensure training content aligns with organizational standards and is accessible to all levels of technical proficiency
Manage versioning and updates of training materials as systems evolve
Work with IT Application Owners, Infrastructure Teams, and Project Managers to support technology implementations
Participate in UAT, pilot programs, and early-access demonstrations to prepare training content
Assist IT leadership with communication planning for system changes, enhancements, and new initiatives
Serve as an advocate for improving the digital user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Information Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience creating and delivering technical training in an IT or enterprise environment
Experience producing high-quality training videos, e-learning modules, and instructional materials
Strong understanding of enterprise and productivity applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other business applications)
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language
Ability to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure under pressure
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong user relationships
Preferred
Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge base tools
