Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall IT experience
Multiple MDM implementations, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong data warehousing fundamentals
Databricks & PySpark (hands-on)
Advanced Python development
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
Ability to architect and present end-to-end MDM solutions
Strong understanding of reference data management
Financial / Investment Banking domain experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
