Operations Research Analyst, Senior or SME
VectorCSP is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to apply quantitative analysis methods to support decision-making for the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) program. The role involves developing mathematical models for logistics optimization and conducting cost-benefit analyses to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Develop mathematical models for logistics optimization
Conduct cost benefit and cost-effectiveness analyses
Perform Monte Carlo simulations and risk analyses
Support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) studies
Develop operational availability and readiness models
Analyst maintenance and supply optimization scenarios
Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with quantitative analysis
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; Bachelor's degree with significant experience acceptable
Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations research for defense and/or maritime programs
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft SharePoint
Proficiency in Operations Research Tools
Experience with simulation modeling
Knowledge of DoD/DHS acquisition and logistics processes
Understanding of naval operational requirements and constraints
Ability to work collaboratively with the Government customer and project team functional areas in support of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, as required by the contract
