Responsibilities
Project Execution: Direct the full project lifecycle, managing definitive timelines and resources to ensure deliverables meet all deadlines and quality standards
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with strategic recommendations to drive sustainable operational improvements
Communication & Reporting: Serve as the central point of contact for status updates, clearly communicating deliverables, expectations, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive steering committees
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT departments to facilitate analysis, testing, and successful implementation of system enhancements
Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including the documentation of processes and the training of team members on new enhancements
Client Relations: Act as a key liaison for customer interactions, ensuring communication is handled tactfully and expectations are managed effectively
Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs and metrics to validate the success and impact of system implementations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of comprehensive project management experience, covering all phases of project development and execution
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
Preferred
Experience within the distribution, logistics, or supply chain sectors is strongly preferred
