Analyze complex business components to identify operational, financial, technological or improvement opportunities
Serve as a leader and liaison between cross-functional teams
Partner and collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, develop detailed process maps, drive in-depth end-user testing, collect feedback and incorporate recommendations into future releases
Ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements while maintaining relationships with various partners
Update, implement and maintain processes and procedures
Create and analyze workflows
Gather information from meetings with partners and produce informative reports
Develop and deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications
Partner and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Handle multiple tasks, prioritize work independently, and deliver timely results
Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and shifting priorities
Deliver presentations to share ideas and insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
Ability to analyze and document business processes and complex test cases
Update, implement and maintain processes and procedures
Shown experience in creating and analyzing workflows
Gather information from meetings with partners and produce informative reports
Develop and deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications
Strong ability to partner and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
