Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture while upholding the company’s core values
Mow lawns, prune bushes and trees, and edge walkways to ensure that the grounds have a well-manicured look
Work together with landscape crew to ensure that the grounds are always properly cared for
Take on seasonal landscaping projects as assigned
Travel to remote locations in Richmond Hill, GA and Columbia, SC to perform grounds care
Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position (lift, stand, stoop, crouch, sit)
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in various weather conditions
Prior experience operating lawn care equipment
Reliable with the ability to perform routine tasks with little to no supervision
Valid SC driver's license with clean driving record
Attention to detail
Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, reach, and operate a computer keyboard
Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders
Ability to work primarily outside, with possible exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather
Preferred
Some irrigation experience preferred but not required
