Create and update technical documentation and presentation content
Support documentation for internal meetings, presentations, and conferences
Gather information from technical and non-technical teams and convert it into clear written content
Edit and format documents and slide decks for clarity and consistency
Maintain documentation in tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Confluence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist
Experience creating technical documentation and presentation materials
Strong writing and communication skills
Comfortable working with technical teams
Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
Preferred
Experience in IT, software, or financial services environments
Basic understanding of technical systems and processes
