Answering inbound calls and creating a strong first impression
Responding to internet inquiries from prospective sellers
Asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand seller needs and motivation
Thoroughly documenting conversations and lead details in the CRM
Scheduling appointments with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and logistical efficiency
Demonstrating urgency in follow-up to ensure timely appointment setting
Maintaining communication via calls, texts, emails, and voicemails
Supporting the sales team through consistent outreach and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales, customer service, or call-based role
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Above-average computer skills (CRM systems, Google Suite)
Reliable availability for weekends and evening hours
Ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal sales teams
