Responsibilities
Design, test, and evaluate technical solutions and new products/features
Provide comprehensive support to customers and the sales team, including troubleshooting, system integration, product recommendations, and technical analysis
Own and complete an intern project related to hardware and software testing of the unreleased MAN-IQ EW feature on the StreamCaster Radio
Collaborate with Engineering teams for in-house or field testing, validation, and enhancing existing features
Assist Sales Engineering with demos, training, testing, and issue resolution
Create and maintain customer-facing documentation and content
Guide RMA and Loaner teams with equipment recommendations and customer request vetting
Occasional minimal travel may be required to support learning and understanding of job duties in field environments
Qualification
Required
In-progress Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related technical fields
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively interact with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with scripting – Python, C/C++
Exposure to technical writing
Proficiency with PC office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and the internal team
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts
All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
Preferred
Exposure to wireless and radio communication systems, radio frequency signal propagation principles
Exposure to TCP/IP networking
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively interact with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational skills and attentiveness to details
Ability to multi-task and rapidly switch focus
