Responsibilities
Ensure that long-term requirements for systems operations and administration are included in overall information systems planning for ThedaCare
Ensure the security of systems
Serve as a key contributor in creating and designing the disaster recovery plan and other strategic initiatives
Define, implement, and manage operating system policies and procedures, and lead systems planning
Compile and analyze system operations and make recommendations for greater efficiency
Formulate/define specifications for complex operating software
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, access, and security of all system hardware and operating systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or in lieu of bachelor's degree a minimum of six years of progressive experience in information technology and at least three years of experience in infrastructure disciplines
Advanced knowledge of desktop, server, and communications equipment operating systems
Proficiency in a technology discipline or industry certifications or experience is equivalent to a bachelor's degree
Preferred
Reside within ThedaCare service area preferred for periodic timely on call and other on site work
