Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Own and scale paid demand generation programs focused on top-of-funnel demand creation
Efficiently manage and optimize a multi-million dollar paid media budget to hit CAC and pipeline targets
Design and run continuous experimentation across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers
Ramp on BoomPop’s ICPs, personas, value propositions, and hybrid PLG/SLG motion
Deep dive into existing paid performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and historical learnings
Audit account structures, campaigns, targeting, creative, and landing pages across all paid channels
Build strong working relationships with Sales and RevOps
Take full ownership of paid media strategy, execution, and optimization
Launch new experiments across channels, audiences, and messaging tied to ICP-specific use cases
Improve efficiency or volume across key funnel metrics (CPMQL, CPSQL, CAC)
Establish a clear testing and reporting cadence to share insights and results with stakeholders
Demonstrate measurable improvements in demand volume, efficiency, or lead quality
Scale winning experiments and sunset underperforming tactics decisively
Build a forward-looking paid growth roadmap aligned to revenue targets
Be a trusted thought partner to Sales and Revenue leadership on pipeline generation
Own end-to-end paid demand generation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget with clear accountability to CAC and pipeline efficiency
Design and execute experiments across targeting, creative, landing pages, and offers
Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and pipeline impact
Analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and related tools
Continuously refine audience strategy for C-suite, People/HR, and Sales leaders
Report on performance clearly and regularly, translating data into actionable insights
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation roles on growth-focused marketing teams
Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets
Proven track record driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue in a B2B SaaS environment
Deep experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect spend to revenue outcomes
Preferred
familiarity with the travel, events, or group experiences industry
