Coordinate & Route: Manage daily schedules, assign jobs, optimize routes, and adjust in real-time for delays or issues
Communication: Act as liaison between customers, field teams, and management, relaying vital info via radio/phone/computer
Monitor & Track: Use mapping software and systems to monitor unit locations and status
Problem-Solve: Address urgent issues, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions calmly
Maintain Records: Log calls, update databases, and keep detailed records of operations
