Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent IT projects in compliance with established project governance methodologies, templates, and reporting standards
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and detailed work breakdown structures
Identify, staff, and manage internal and vendor resources
Lead procurement activities, including vendor products and implementation services
Prepare and submit funding requests and required project documentation
Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular status reporting
Facilitate project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders
Manage scope and mitigate scope creep with a focus on delivering minimum viable solutions
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business users
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to portfolio, program, and project management
Adapt to changing priorities driven by leadership or legislative direction
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience managing system integration projects
8+ years of experience managing stakeholder expectations and priorities
8+ years working within formal project governance frameworks
8+ years managing multiple large-scale, high-impact IT projects
Strong experience in process development, process improvement, and gap analysis
Proven ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a cross-functional environment
6+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deliverables
