Responsibilities
Oversee and report on multiple projects from start to finish
Set and achieve milestones, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales and service teams
Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders
Coordinate resources and efforts with various departments and external partners
Negotiate for necessary personnel and additional staff or consultants as needed
Manage project expectations, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
Analyze status reports and troubleshoot issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
1-3 years in manufacturing, services, or infrastructure, with a track record of staying current with industry trends and developing company-wide methods or policies
2+ years in project coordination, covering all aspects of process development and execution
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage project resources efficiently
Proficient in project management software (MS Project, MS Project Server) and advanced in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
Experience with ERP systems, especially Acumatica, is a plus
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
