The Provider Data Management Specialist Contractor will enhance patient access by maintaining the Provider Data Management platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize clinician and researcher profiles and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

Execute updates within the PDM across multiple profiles, including clinicians, researchers, and clinician researchers
Maintain consistency in visual language, format and branding across all profiles
Review and refine AI-generated or repurposed content to ensure alignment with brand messaging and design standards, thereby elevating the user experience
Maintain and continually improve processes in collaboration with marketing partners to ensure seamless content execution and alignment with business objectives
Continually audit profiles for adherence to Brand and profile standards
Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to obtain assets to complete their profiles
Leverage AI-driven platforms for draft content creation to maximize profile visibility and publication
Coordinate with marketing, developers and IT as needed to support PDM platform updates and enhancements
Utilize our project management tool to traffic content and communicate project status to stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website content management, or a similar functional area
Experience in the relevant industry is highly valued
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously and within established timelines

Preferred

Experience working with clinicians and/or researchers a plus
Experience working with AI-powered tools such as CoPilot and Gemini is highly desirable
Experience in HTML a plus
Experience in marketing project management platforms (e.g. Workfront, Wrike, Monday.com) desirable
