Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate design concepts for water and wastewater systems under the direction of a licensed engineer
Perform independent investigations and engineering calculations supporting complex project components
Prepare and coordinate contract drawings, layouts, schedules, and technical details
Review and check design work to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements
Support project documentation efforts including reports and client-facing materials
Participate in client and project coordination meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
Technical or Associate Degree in engineering technology from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation with working knowledge of Civil 3D, GEOPAC, or REVIT
Understanding of applicable design standards, specifications, and codes
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across project teams
