Responsibilities

Produce diagnostic troubleshooting documentation , including fault‑code guides, flowcharts, and step‑by‑step diagnostic procedures
Create clear, accurate installation manuals for electricians, field technicians, and deployment partners, ensuring compliance with electrical and safety requirements for EV charging systems
Develop comprehensive service documentation supporting maintenance, repair, and field operations of EVSE charging solutions
Build quality documentation such as:
Quality Manual
Templates & forms
Non‑Conformance Management Procedures
Quality Control & Quality Assurance Procedures
Documentation aligned with industry quality standards
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to gather technical details, review designs, and ensure technical accuracy
Maintain strict version control and ensure all documentation stays aligned with hardware and firmware releases
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, user‑friendly content tailored for diverse audiences (engineering, field technicians, deployment partners)

Required
