Responsibilities
Act as the HRIS ServiceNow (SNOW) expert, with deep understanding of platform functionality, features, and capabilities
Own and manage day-to-day HR-related ServiceNow activities and operations
Perform regular system activities, including testing and validation following ServiceNow platform updates
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents, defects, and system issues in a timely manner
Participate in regular meetings with Global Shared Services (GSS) and other key stakeholders
Provide expert support to Global Business Services (GBS), including guidance on features, enhancements, and process improvements
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and operational teams on ServiceNow-related topics
Gather requirements, assess feasibility, and support the design and implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and improvements
Lead and coordinate ServiceNow-related projects, including enhancements, optimizations, and new functionality
Ensure changes align with HRIS standards, governance, and best practices
Plan and execute testing activities (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for ServiceNow changes
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guidance
Support compliance with internal controls, data integrity, and audit requirements
Demonstrate basic working knowledge of Workday, including awareness of upstream/downstream impacts between Workday and ServiceNow
Support HRIS processes where ServiceNow interacts with Workday data and workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Specialist, preferably in an HR or HRIS environment
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionality, features, workflows
Proven experience performing testing and validation following system or platform updates
Ability to independently lead initiatives and projects within a complex system landscape
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Basic working knowledge of Workday (HCM)
Experience supporting HR processes such as employee lifecycle, case management, or service delivery
Experience working in large, global, or matrixed organizations
