Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, TA, and client stakeholders to support operational planning, reporting, and decision-making
Develop, maintain, and improve operational reporting templates, including AI-enabled dashboards and automated reports, to drive consistency and efficiency
Analyze operational and workforce data (utilization, capacity, productivity, headcount trends) to identify insights, risks, and improvement opportunities
Conduct regular data reviews and trend analysis to support forecasting, planning cycles, and ongoing operational optimization
Support Finance and Operations teams with forecasting inputs, variance analysis, and alignment with financial planning
Maintain accurate operational and workforce data across company tools for domestic and international teams
Create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and client-facing discussions
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions, including automation opportunities
Support implementation and adoption of tools, templates, and standardized workflows across teams
Partner with client and internal stakeholders on operational tools, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives
Track progress against operational initiatives and report updates, insights, and risks to senior leadership

Required

2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, workforce planning, resource management, or business analytics
Experience supporting forecasting or planning cycles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using reporting, planning, or analytics tools
Experience building or maintaining reporting templates, dashboards, or automated reports (AI-enabled tools a plus)
Demonstrated ability to perform data review, trend analysis, and insight generation
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation of data and insights
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders
Solid understanding of Apple applications (Numbers, Keynote, Pages)
Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and recommend practical, scalable solutions
Experience working with global or distributed teams
