Responsibilities

Perform operational and environmental testing on complex electronic components and subassemblies

Support Engineering and Production teams by setting up and operating vibration and thermal test equipment

Conduct ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) and qualification tests

Collect accurate test data

Follow standard test procedures

Assist senior technicians with advanced testing

Maintain detailed test records

Compile complete data and quality documentation

Qualification

Required

Experience with Unholtz Dickie or similar vibration systems

Vibration profile development and thermal chamber testing (e.g., Thermotron)

Proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment

Direct experience working on Unholtz Dickie or similar Vibration systems supporting Engineering Qualification efforts

Vibration Profile development experience

Thermotron Temperature Chambers

Basic Computer skills in a MS Windows environment

High School diploma or equivalent
