Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Review and analyze job requirements to ensure clear alignment with candidate profiles and client needs
Create, publish, and manage job postings across multiple platforms (job boards, databases, social media, etc.)
Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, certifications, and overall fit
Conduct initial phone and video interviews, evaluating communication skills, professionalism, and role alignment
Support sourcing efforts by researching and engaging active and passive candidates using creative strategies
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in internal systems and tracking tools
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under the guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve workflows, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes

Required

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role
Interest in or exposure to remote hiring and global talent markets (experience in linguistics or healthcare is a plus but not required)
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in phone and video-based interactions
Ability to screen candidates effectively and ask structured, insightful questions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools (OneDrive or similar)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
