Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including driver and dispatcher performance, scheduling, and fleet readiness
Monitor high volume emails and communication
Lead group meetings managing on-duty personnel
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for Drivers (DAs) and Dispatchers
Manage schedules and shifts for company associates on a weekly basis
Troubleshoot routing and dispatch issues
Track team’s performance and results
Prepare operational, finance, and compliance reports (WST, UPDs, cancellations)
Enforce safety standards
Identify cost savings and drive process improvements
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations, logistics and/or dispatch
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Proficient with scheduling, reporting, and performance metrics
Proficient with Excel and AI
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Peak periods
