Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce org(s), including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and approval processes
Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption
Handle routine Salesforce releases, sandbox management, and deployments
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training
Design and develop custom solutions using:
Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce (as needed)
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools
Implement scalable data models and ensure best practices for governor limits and performance
Support data migrations, data loads, and data cleanup activities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams during implementation and releases
Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
Configure, manage, and support Einstein Activity Capture , including email/calendar syncing, data visibility settings, and troubleshooting
Implement and maintain email integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Office 365) based on client needs
Document configurations, customizations, and technical solutions
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of Salesforce experience in Developer and/or Admin roles
Strong hands-on experience with both Salesforce configuration and custom development
Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus)
Experience working with multiple Salesforce orgs or in a consulting environment
Strong knowledge of Einstein Activity Capture (EAC)
Hands-on experience with email integrations (Outlook, Gmail, Office 365)
Salesforce Administration: User management, security model, reports, dashboards
Flow Builder (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)
Salesforce Development: Apex, SOQL, SOSL
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
REST/SOAP integrations
Data Management: Data Loader, Import Wizard, data validation and cleansing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), including work orders, service appointments, and mobile workforce concepts
Familiarity with Omni-Channel routing and service console configuration
Exposure to Agentforce and AI-driven service or productivity features
Experience with Service Cloud implementations
Familiarity with managed packages and AppExchange solutions
Ability to balance support tasks with development work
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git)
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein, or AI features
Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
Preferred
Certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II (nice to have)
