Responsibilities

Define and oversee clinical quality standards across Rainfall Health’s products and workflows
Ensure platform features align with evidence-based practice and real-world care delivery
Evaluate and refine care pathways, documentation flows, and operational processes within the product
Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in clinical workflows and guide corrective improvements
Serve as the primary clinical voice within product and engineering teams
Translate frontline clinical needs into clear product requirements and feedback
Participate in roadmap planning to ensure clinical and operational priorities are reflected
Validate new features through clinical review, workflow testing, and usability feedback
Partner with health system leaders, care coordinators, and physicians to gather insights and feedback
Support enterprise client relationships by representing Rainfall’s clinical credibility
Lead workflow discovery sessions and provide strategic guidance on care redesign
Help customers optimize performance under the TEAM Model and related programs
Develop QA processes for clinical logic, documentation accuracy, and workflow integrity
Establish feedback loops from customers to continuously improve platform performance
Support compliance with CMS program requirements and evolving regulatory standards
Contribute to clinical validation efforts, pilots, and outcome measurement initiatives
Represent Rainfall Health in clinical and industry forums when appropriate
Contribute to best practices for value-based procedural care and episode management
Help shape Rainfall’s clinical strategy as we expand into new service lines and programs

Qualification

Required

Clinical degree (NP, RN, MD/DO, or equivalent) with active or prior licensure
5+ years of clinical experience, with exposure to perioperative, orthopedic, or procedural care
Experience working with or inside health systems, medical groups, or post-acute networks
Background in digital health, healthcare technology, or clinical informatics
Strong understanding of care coordination, quality improvement, and value-based care models

Preferred

Direct experience with orthopedic surgery episodes (e.g., joint replacement, fracture care)
Familiarity with CMS bundled payment or episode-based models (e.g. BPCI, CJR)
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
Training or certification in clinical informatics, quality, or healthcare operations
