Responsibilities
Independently manages a targeted list of high value, strategic customers for claims payment processing
Assist VIP customers with their enrollment into the vendor network and
Responsible for making high volume outbound phone calls and meticulously tracking the results of each call
Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while delivering superior customer service
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the company's products and services
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Customer Service obsessed
Highly Detail oriented
Thrive in a competitive, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
