Handling inquiries from customers, vendors and third parties that are part of the Atos NG911 ecosystem
Willing to work within a shift schedule
Provide 24x7 coverage

Nights and weekend shift days are mandatory as part of shift schedule to provide 24x7 coverage
Team members work four 12 Hr Days and then has 4 days off before next shift
Staff must be in the Continental United States
